Jesus has plenty of chops when it comes to solving IT problems. He’s worked as a support analyst, a systems administrator, and a help desk lead for several companies in the IT and healthcare spaces. All roles that put him at the heart of IT support.

The diversity of his work experience gave him plenty of opportunities to sharpen his determination. You can’t slack on troubleshooting endpoint security policies!

With Jesus' critical expertise in Microsoft platform administration, and his familiarity with the technical requirements of the healthcare industry, bringing him on board was an easy decision.

As part of the PlanetMagpie Support Team, Jesus will support a wide range of technical issues for our customers, including cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, desktop support, hardware support, you name it.  Areas within customer IT that absolutely need a determined mind.
