Networked Video Surveillance Manufacturer Wins Recognition for Customer Service

Axis has won one of the first-ever U.S. Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs), in its inaugural ceremony.
What's an OSPA?
OSPAs are meant to recognize outstanding performance in the security sector. The awards are supported by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants, the National Association of Security Companies, ASIS International, and more.
The first Outstanding Security Performance Awards ceremony took place at the ASIS International Security Exposition in late 2016, in Orlando, Florida. Only candidates from the security sector are considered. The categories for which candidates win awards are as follows:
- Best In-House Security Team
- Best In-House Security Manager/Director
- Best Contract Security Company
- Best Security Consultant
- Best Customer Service Initiative **Axis Award Winner
- Best Security Training Initiative
- Best Investigator
- Best Security Manufacturer
- Best Information Security Manager/Director
- Best Integrator/Solution Provider
- Best Contract Security Officer
OSPAs are conducted by country. Right now, there are 8 OSPA Awards hosts: Australia, Germany, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Romania, the UK, and the U.S.
