On Monday, May 20, PlanetMagpie sponsored its third “Fore the Kids” Golf Classic.

Staples Construction, our longtime customer in nearby Ventura, has sponsored the event as a Presenting Sponsor (the highest sponsorship level) for the past 4 years.  It's one of the many community efforts in which Staples takes part, wanting to support the.

This year PlanetMagpie contributed as a Cart Sponsor.  Alongside Staples Construction personnel, PlanetMagpie team members attended the golf event, as well as the awards dinner on Tuesday night.

"Fore the Kids" is a charity event held in Camarillo, California, for the past 26 years.  Held at the Spanish Hills Country Club, the event raises money for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Oxnard and Point Hueneme.  100% of the funds raised go to programs for local kids, such as after-school clubs and leadership development.
