Email Settings For Entourage (For Mac OS X)
1. Open Entourage.
2. Click the Entourage pull-down menu. Select “Account Settings”.
3. Select Mail on the toolbar. Click New above it.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Click on "Configure Account Manually" at the bottom of the window.
6. In Account Name, enter "PlanetMagpie Email".
7. Check the box next to "Include this account in my 'Send & Receive All' schedule" if it's not already checked.
8. Enter your name and email address.
9. In Account ID, be sure to enter your FULL email address.
10. The POP server is: Mail2.planetmagpie.com
11. Enter your password. Make sure the Save Password box is checked.
12. The SMTP Server is: SMTP2.planetmagpie.com
13. Click OK
14. Close this box by clicking on the Red dot in the upper left corner.
15. To receive emails automatically:
a. Click on the Tools pull-down menu. Select Run Schedule -> "Edit Schedules"
b. Highlight “Send & Receive All” and click Edit.
c. In the When section, select "Repeating Schedule." Next to it, select Every 5 Minutes.
d. Click OK
