Setting Up PlanetMagpie Email on Your iPhone
The iPhone's Mail app will work with all the major email systems – including ours. To set up a PlanetMagpie email account on your iPhone or iPod Touch, follow these instructions.
If this is a first-time setup, start by touching the
Mail icon on the Home screen.
(If you're adding an additional account, touch the Settings icon on the Home screen instead. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select
Add Account.)
You'll see several provider options: Microsoft Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo!, etc. Select
Other.
You'll be asked to enter account settings now. Enter the following:
POP3 Server: mail.planetmagpie.com
SMTP Server: smtp.planetmagpie.com
Email Address: you@yourcompany.com
Logon: you@yourcompany.com
Password: YourPassword
Select OK when done. Your iPhone/iPod Touch should begin receiving PlanetMagpie email shortly.
