Sky Malmstrom decided to start 2023 with a big change. When PlanetMagpie advertised for new Support Technicians, he chose to answer. We're glad he did.

Sky is a highly-organized individual, able to address technical issues of almost any type. He's especially efficient at setting up new workstations.

Previously, Sky worked at the Collection Bureau of America's IT desk...where Jake Horstmann, our Systems Engineer, worked in the past. (We didn't do that on purpose.)

In addition to Sky’s technical acumen, Sky has spent years working and volunteering with the Boy Scouts. It's a clear demonstration of his sense of commitment – one we respect.

As part of the Support Team, Sky will take care of desktop support issues for our customers at all locations. He will also assist the Systems Engineers with Microsoft 365 implementations, Microsoft Teams rollouts, and workstation deployments.

When he's not working or working with the Boy Scouts, Sky enjoys recording his own music.
