Mike has spent the past 5 years as an IT support technician, tackling every level of support issue. From basic Windows installations to advanced server management. He's particularly familiar with the Office 365 platform, including its communications toolset (Skype for Business, Teams, and SharePoint).
Previously, Mike worked on the East Coast for a global communications firm and a retail fashion brand. In those roles he acted as primary tech support on location & in corporate offices, addressing users' issues and handling software/hardware updates.
Mike has an eye for troubleshooting technical issues. With so many businesses needing quick solutions to their tech problems – in and out of the office – those skills will serve Mike well in the coming years.
As part of the Support Team, Mike will address customers' desktop support issues, in their offices and remotely. He will also assist the Systems Engineers with Office 365 implementations, including Skype for Business / Teams rollouts, and perform server-related work, and defend against cyberattacks.
