PlanetMagpie welcomes Jake Horstmann, one of its newest IT Support Technicians.

With an education in IT Administration & Security, a knack for tinkering, and a problem-solving mind, Jake sees each support issue as both a priority and a fun challenge. Personable and easy-going, Jake enjoys playing video games, brewing his own beer, and attending local meetups.

In addition to creating virtual networks and virtual file servers with co-workers, Jake has also created two authentic children with his wife.
